Bronson Update

My sweet baby boy is 3 and a half months!!! Time is flying by! This little guy is just smiling and talking up a storm. I don't think Ryan and I could have made a cuter baby. I am just SO glad I'm his momma and that he is FINALLY doing better. It has been a ROUGH three and a half months, let me tell ya. Here are some cute pics of our little Bronson.
Tummy time! (He HATES this!)
His first baseball hat. Mommy would have preferred a Texas Rangers hat, but oh well. Can't win them all.
My little ladies man.
All dressed and ready for church!

My bunny ears on Easter.
We go for a lot of walks to Macey's.

A video of our little man talking and smiling. PLEASE ignore my annoying and extremely high pitched voice. Oh, the things we do to entertain children [and ourselves. :)]

I just can't get enough!

Here are a few pics I downloaded off my phone. He is just so stinkin' cute!!!!

Bronson's Blessing

We blessed Bronson on the 17th of this month.  My sister and her family were in town from El Paso, Texas and we really wanted to do it while they were here. Ryan was out of town playing softball the Sunday before so we did it the Saturday morning before my sister took off. We just did it at our clubhouse with immediate family and it was wonderful. Ryan gave a beautiful blessing and Bronson actually stopped crying long enough for the blessing. I was really nervous about that! I am so grateful for my little family.  Bronson is such a blessing in our lives.  Even though he has been a very difficult baby, I am so grateful he is mine. I am so grateful that Heavenly Father has trusted me to take care of this little spirit. Hopefully, I don't mess him up too bad. :) Here are some pictures from the morning:

Update!

Oh my goodness time is flying! I am back to work (insert sad face here) and Bronson is growing and changing so much.  This poor little guy has really had a rough go at things.  At first we thought he had reflux, but after trying Zantac then Prevacid and no change in his tummy troubles, we're on to trying new things. We've done rice cereal in bottles, Gripe water, essential oils and massages, probiotics...I mean, there probably isn't anything we haven't tried. We switched to formula and now we're trying different formulas to see if things can improve. Even though he's a very fussy baby, I can't get enough of this little guy.  It's amazing how much I love this little person. Here a few things we've been up to lately:

Bronson has been getting LOTS of love from cousin Kallie.
Working on his Zoolander Blue Steel pose.
 Working on smiling.
 Chillin'
Eating LOTS and going into a short coma afterwards.

 Sleeping in his 'straight jacket'
Working on getting "regular"
And since we're now two months old...getting shots! This poor little guy was passed out cold after crying for about 2 hours and then I had to wake him up to get his shots. :(  Here's the before and after photos.

Honestly, I know this makes me a bad mom, but I LOVE the second photo. This is what he looks like for most of the time.

Here are his two month stats:
Length: 23" (50% percentile)
Weight: 12 lb 6 oz (50% percentile)
Head circ: 40 cm (25% percentile)

We love our heavy boy with a small head! We just think he's perfect!!!!

One Month Already?!

Bronson reached his first month mark last Thursday.  He's changing so much and lately is starting to find his 'voice' a LOT more.  And by that, I mean crying...A. LOT.  We still love him. He's such a cutie and a good snuggler, which mom loves.

Does it make me a bad mom that THIS picture is my favorite? :)

Ryan found a new use for the boppy.
Still loving life at home for now, but I have to admit I AM looking forward to going back to work.  Only three more weeks! Time is seriously flying by way too fast!

Isn't he the cutest?!

I honestly can't get enough of this little guy! He is SO cute and just FUN!  He's changing so fast and starting to get a little meat on those bones.
He sleeps with his hands up in the air. LOVE it!
His little giraffe friend that his great grandma Christensen got him. It's sings the 'ABC' song and he just stares at it.
 This is my hungry face.
My sweet boys. Ryan is THE best daddy!

 He just melts my heart.
 Look at that little belly.
This one just makes me laugh.
He likes to cover his face when eating, so this makes getting the bottle in his mouth a little bit of a challenge. And he's freak-ishly strong!

 He LOVES tubby time!
And he likes to throw out gang signs while chillin' in his tub.

His hand is straight up in the air. This kid is just too funny already. We're SO glad he's ours.
