Oh my goodness, where has this year gone! Bronson just turned one on the 9th of this month. I took the day off from work and spent the whole day with him. It was pretty low key, but definitely our kind of day. Ryan only worked a half day, so we went to lunch, took him to Walmart to pick out a toy, and let B eat a cupcake! He devoured that thing! A little about Bronson:
- He LOVES cars. We got him several of those shaker cars for Christmas and he's obsessed.
- He now is attached to his blanky. He doesn't have one in particular, but when he's tired, he snuggles his blanky for the day and that lets us know he's ready for a nap.
- He is in size 5 diapers and has been for over a month now! He is also almost busting out of his 18-24 months clothes. Next size it 2T...Wha?!!!
- Drinking whole milk like a champ!
- Saying "mama" "dada" "nana" "Papa" "woof, woof" "ah oh" "gage" (the dogs name)
- He LOVES nana and papa's dogs. Thank goodness that Gage is so mellow and puts up with B tugging on his collar.
- He finally broke a few upper teeth through. He has D, F, and G. (He got O and P at 7 months.) Still missing E, but I can see the bulge. This kid takes MONTHS to get teeth in. Thank goodness for Tylenol and Advil! :)
- He LOVES to wave and always gets in the kids faces while walking the halls at church. This kid has no concept of personal space! He is literally touching noses with them and laughing. We need to get this kid a sibling.
- He's an excellent eater! You don't get to be 26.6 pounds by chance, it takes work!
- He is walking EVERYWHERE! He started walking a few weeks before Christmas and he is now RUNNING!
My parents gave us a gift certificate for a photo session at CameraShy for Christmas, so here's some pics of our little man!
